Meet your Retreat Leaders
Karen Phillips, 200hr YTT instructor, Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant. Karen’s practice began 15 years ago as a way to support her love of long distance running. Karen appreciates the subtleties of yoga, where the quality of presence is filled with the wonder of where yoga will take her and her students next!
Megan has been an endurance athlete since 2016. She is an ultra runner, triathlete, an equestrian and an avid Thru-Hiker logging over 13,000 miles. Megan turned to yoga to correct the imbalances in her body caused by years of overtraining. Karen invited Megan into the yoga community and encouraged her to get her 200hr YTT. Megan holds her 200hr ytt, cpr, bls, wilderness first responder and emt certifications.
